Role Overview:
Vyapar’s Engineering team pioneers the development of a technology platform that streamlines and digitizes bookkeeping for our clients, transforming traditional accounting data into a digital, easily accessible resource. We’re seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead our development team, focusing on creating features for the Vyapar application. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, jQuery, React, and database concepts is crucial for this role.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate designs and wire frames into high-quality code.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and dependable code.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Implement complex algorithms to fulfill business requirements.
- Uphold code quality, organization, and automation standards.
- Ability to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with React/Angular/jQuery/Vue.
- Strong grasp of SQL database or RDBMS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and understanding of data structures.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs for backend integration.
- Sound knowledge of Web UI design principles and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage and performance optimization.
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
- Exposure to cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration practices.
- Aptitude for bench marking and optimization techniques.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech degree from a recognized university.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of total experience in software development.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
