Role Description:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Django and Python.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to merge user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Create efficient and reusable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Ensure security and data protection.
- Work with other team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills for working with unstructured datasets.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Django developer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Python and Django.
- Familiarity with Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and matplotlib.
- Experience with JSON & XML for data interchange.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ensuring website functionality across different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Experience with database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or a related field is preferred).
