Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Developer at Hero Hiring, you’ll be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Collaborate with vendors and product managers to brainstorm innovative software solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
Craft comprehensive client-side and server-side architecture blueprints to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Implement visually engaging front-end designs to enhance user experience and interface aesthetics.
Oversee the development and maintenance of robust databases and applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
Create efficient RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communication between different software components.
Conduct rigorous testing protocols to guarantee software responsiveness and optimal performance.

Skills Required:

Hold a degree in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with a track record of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant domain.
Proficient in React, Node.js, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML 5, demonstrating strong development skills in these areas.
Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL and MongoDB, as well as experience with web servers like Apache. Sound grasp of UI/UX design principles.
Stay updated with the latest architectural and development standards, adhering to guidelines for efficient software development.
Possess practical experience in AWS, contributing to the creation of scalable and resilient architectures for organizations.
Skilled in utilizing Node.js frameworks like Express and StrongLoop, leveraging their capabilities for efficient development.
Proficiency in developing applications using microservices architecture and asynchronous methodologies, employing tools like LoopBack.
Hands-on experience with a variety of databases and messaging systems including PostgreSQL, Redis, Amazon SQS, Kafka, Amazon SNS, DynamoDB, and Firebase.
Strategic thinker with the ability to grasp details and foresee their implications on broader business objectives. Proficient in aligning resources effectively and overcoming obstacles.
Passionate about talent management, demonstrating the ability to nurture and empower teams beyond organizational boundaries.
