Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Hiring Developer – Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting third-party developers with the integration of salesforce.com APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce developer products.

Your primary responsibilities will include debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring the full resolution of integration issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of sample code, client libraries, and Open Source projects, aiming to enhance the developer community’s experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Lightning Experience, including Lightning Web Components and Aura framework, demonstrating expertise in building modern user interfaces.
  • Skilled in modern JavaScript, utilizing its capabilities to develop dynamic and responsive web applications.
  • Proficient in Apex programming language, adept in both synchronous and asynchronous programming paradigms.
  • Experienced in integrating systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different platforms.
  • Capable of effectively debugging and troubleshooting errors across various layers of applications.
  • Experienced in Visualforce development, leveraging its capabilities to customize the user interface and functionality.
  • Familiar with building and managing Sites, Communities, and applications on the Force.com platform.
  • Proficient in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language), enabling efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Experienced in deployment processes using Metadata API, ANT Migration tool, and Command Line Interface (CLI), ensuring smooth transitions between environments.
  • Skilled in implementing automation processes using Flows and Process Builder, streamlining business operations.
  • Knowledgeable in authentication mechanisms and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, ensuring secure access to applications.
  • Familiar with event-driven architecture concepts, including Platform Events, Streaming API, and Change Data Capture, facilitating real-time data processing.
  • Experienced in Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation, enabling efficient management of field service operations.
  • Capable of mobile development, designing and implementing mobile solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and clear articulation of technical concepts.
