Think360.ai Hiring are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. The preferred candidate should boast 1-3 years of professional experience and demonstrate robust proficiencies in Python, AWS, and JavaScript. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web application (VideoKYC Product), ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be involved in designing and implementing scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the application services using Python, AWS, and JavaScript technologies.
- Design and implement front-end and back-end components for Good, high-performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Identify and rectify application issues through troubleshooting and debugging techniques, ensuring optimal performance is achieved..
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and tools.Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to colleagues.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing by actively participating in technical documentation efforts.
- Liaison with Client Business Team to understand the business requirements and/ any issues reported.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, AngularJS).
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services) and boto3.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Certification in AWS or relevant technologies is a plus.
